Royal Family Kids’ Camp is a one week overnight camp held locally in Bellingham where abused and neglected children are able to experience wholesome affection, one-on-one attention, and unconditional love.

Caring counselors and surrogate “aunts and uncles”, “grandpas and grandmas” show them what it feels like to belong to a loving family. The children spend time just being kids - playing fun games and taking part in group activities like hiking or swimming.

They have a birthday bash - a time of cake, games, and presents - to celebrate each and every child’s special day. They are constantly affirmed through compassionate care and love.

Early one morning, a man who was staying nearby was out jogging along the shore. He came upon a young boy frantically trying to save starfish, which had washed up on the sun-baked beach, by throwing them back into the ocean.

The curious jogger stopped and asked the boy, "I see what you're doing, but do you really think it will make any difference? The boy paused for a brief moment and replied,

"I don't know mister, but I think it will make a difference to this one".

With your help we are making a difference one child at a time!

Everyone has a "grandma" and a "grandpa" when they are at Royal Family Kid's Camp.
